Privacy policy
This is a static website. It has no login, no database and no server-side form handling, which means there is very little to explain — but what there is, is set out plainly below.
The short version
We do not collect your personal information through this website. There is no contact form that submits to us, no account to create, and no newsletter. When you want to talk to us, you use WhatsApp or the telephone, and at that point the conversation happens in those apps rather than on this site.
WhatsApp links
Buttons marked WhatsApp open a wa.me link in WhatsApp, with a message already
written into the text box. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp yourself — you
can read and change the message first, or discard it.
Once you send a message, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms, and we will see your WhatsApp display name and phone number as we would with any message. We use that to reply to your enquiry and to follow up about your project.
Telephone links
Numbers on this site are ordinary tel: links that hand off to your phone's
dialler. This website does not place the call, log it, or record that you tapped it beyond
the anonymous event described under Analytics below.
The requirement builder
The requirement builder on our contact page runs entirely inside your browser. When you press the button, it assembles your answers into a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp with that message ready to send.
Specifically, it does not:
- send your answers to this website or to any server;
- store them in cookies, local storage or session storage;
- pass them to any third-party form or email service.
If you close the page without pressing the button, your answers are simply gone. Once you send the message, the information you included reaches us through WhatsApp, in the same way as any other message you might write.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own, and no analytics or advertising cookies are currently active on it. There is also no embedded third-party content on any page — no map, no video, no social widget — so nothing else is in a position to set one either.
Google Maps
There is currently no Google Map embedded anywhere on this website, and no map or directions link. Our contact page lists the address as plain text. This means Google receives no information about your visit to this site at all.
If a map is added in future it will be a click-to-load embed — a placeholder with a button, so that nothing is requested from Google unless you choose to see the map — and this page will be updated at the same time.
Analytics
No analytics is currently running on this website. No tracking script is loaded and no measurement cookie is set.
If analytics is enabled in future, it will record only anonymous interaction events — for example that a WhatsApp button was tapped, and on which page. It would not record your name, your phone number, or anything you typed into the requirement builder. This page will be updated at the same time as any such change.

Where we link to other websites — WhatsApp, Google Maps, and our social profiles — those sites have their own privacy policies, and we have no control over what they collect. Links that leave this site open in a new tab.
Children
This website is aimed at people planning kitchens for their homes. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information about anyone.
Your information, and asking us to remove it
Because the website collects nothing, there is nothing held here to request or delete. If you have contacted us by WhatsApp, phone or email and would like us to delete the conversation and your contact details from our records, tell us and we will do so.
